About Me

I am a board-certified coach specializing in research-based life, career, desistance, and recovery coaching services for teens and young adults. I am a credentialed member of the Youth Coach Institute with youth coach-specific training from accredited coach-specific training providers.

Professional Experience: I have more than 10 years of experience working as a high school counselor working with students with their academics, post-secondary plans, and emotional well-being. I mentor college students with their career planning and applying to graduate school. My eclectic background and training has enabled me to develop an approach to coaching that incorporates principles and practices drawn from various psychology sub-disciplines. I combine all of these methods in a coaching environment as a coach in an effort to help you or your child get unstuck, plan action steps, stay motivated, and achieve goals.
