With nearly two decades of leadership experience, I have a diverse background in government policy, mentorship, and project management. I prioritize client support and have completed training programs in mental health first aid, trauma-informed leadership, mindful self-compassion, and anti-racism, reflecting my commitment to holistic well-being and inclusivity.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and have completed over 125 hours of coach specific education and 500 hours of client coaching experience.
