About Me

I am passionate about living a life of freedom as my true self, the self I have worked hard to uncover, heal, and nurture. This work has brought beautiful freedom and joy to my life but has not been easy. At times it is very painful as I continue to journey through life’s narrative of healing, but the growth and joy are worth the struggle. This would not have been possible in my life without good coaching and therapy, which I am incredibly grateful for. I desire that my practice will help restore lives and relationships, bring freedom, and provide hope.

I am an APSATS Candidate (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists) and trauma-informed coach, specializing in partner betrayal trauma and problematic sexual behavior. As well as a trained Hypnotic Coach.

I work with clients to help you clarify and achieve your goals in specific areas of your life, such as career, relationships, or the development of your personal capabilities and potential. Providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

I completed my coach training through Happy Whole Human and I am working on my ACC, International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.
