About Me

Hello! I have been in the counseling and coaching field for nearly two decades. I have a master’s degree in psychology from the University of San Francisco and am ABD for my Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management. In addition to being a Life Coach, I am also a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, have held various positions in leadership and I have taught at a university for over ten years. I have experience helping individuals achieve goals related to their careers, relationships, and leadership roles. I am dedicated to help people reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves. As a life coach I provide thorough assessments, individualized plans, and specific guidance to help people achieve their desired goals. My approach is active and collaborative, with the belief that people rise together!
