Consulting and coaching are all about partnering with the client to bridge the gap between their current position and desired outcome. My job is to help you identify your goals, map out the path, break tasks into actionable steps, and encourage you when the "plan for change" gets hard. Your success and excitement keeps me motivated to serve.

What makes my consulting and coaching different. I have personal experience with change and have helped clients implement accounting and management processes to better their departments and businesses.

I've also been a rolling stone in almost every aspect of my life. I've lived on the east and west coasts, Texas, Hawaii, and Japan. I've worked in fitness, accounting, management consulting, and higher education. I understand the fear of the unknown, frustration of uncertainty, pride of hard work, and elation of success. I am have first-hand experience with change and how hard it is to institutionalize.

A few things became quite clear through all of this ... 
1. No matter how hard I fight it, I'm an unadulterated accounting and consulting geek.
2. I love helping others fix problems and turbo-charge their careers.
3. My realistic outlook on life helps clients see the possibilities in front of them.
