I combine my experience as a CTA-Certified Coach (the mind) with my skills as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (the body) to bring out my clients' best versions of themselves through my practice, Bright Mind and Body.
I provide expert guidance and accountability while being upbeat, empathetic, adaptable, and efficient. Developing and strengthening the mind-body connection has exponentially improved my life.
