Amrita helps high performing & emerging leaders, BIPOC and women leaders get promoted and be successful in the elevated/executive roles while sustaining their personal wellbeing and cultivating an inclusive & supportive culture.

Amrita’s professional background spans over 20 years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development and executive coaching. Prior to beginning her journey as a coach, Amrita held executive-level roles within the financial services industry. Amrita is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 3000 hours of coaching experience. She has supported over 200 leaders across levels from senior managers up to CXOs and numerous leadership teams in various industries and across geographies including Canada, US, Europe, Asia and UK. Amrita also mentors other coaches to deepen their coaching skills and to work through difficult coaching scenarios confidently. In the past, Amrita has served on the board of ICF Toronto and as a Co-lead for ICF International's Internal Coaching community of practice. Amrita has also volunteered with various charitable organization like Cherie Blair Foundation (UK), UNICEF, Canadian Women Chamber of Commerce and Rainbow Railroad by taking on pro-bono coaching engagements. Amrita is well known for her thought leadership and has been published by Thrive Global, featured on 'The Coaching Show' podcast and covered in the 'Experience Coaching' blog of ICF International along with being a keynote speaker at various forums including the University of Toronto and the Institute for Performance and learning, Canada to name a few. Amrita is a Prosci change management practitioner and a certified assessor for various leadership and team assessments including the Hogan, Birkman, MBTI, FIRO-B and Team Management Profile.
