About Me

Hi,

I am an ICF(International Coaching Federation) accredited coach with ACC (Associated Certified Coach) Credential. I have been in the field of Learning & Development, in the technical as well as non-technical side, for over 35 years now. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development & Management and certifications in Counselling and Psychometric Assessments. Over 10,000 individuals have benefitted from my training, coaching and assessments.

While I have been mentoring and training since 3 decades, I entered the ICF community in 2017. I am also a counsellor with training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. I have published a book on the subject of Parenting. I live in Mumbai, India.

I believe that coaching is not just about achieving specific goals and solving specific problems. More than that, it is about enhancing your potential and capability to achieve goals and to solve problems across all areas of life. I work with my clients to define problems not only in terms of external objectives and resources, but also in terms of internal obstacles and strengths.

My focus as a coach is on helping my clients to navigate the internal landscape of their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, habitual patterns, and values so that they can identify and transform those internal processes into stepping stones by identifying, using, developing and deploying their inner resources to achieve their development goals.

With me, you will work on reflection, introspection, and self-evolution in a space that is confidential, safe and objective. I offer an approach which emphasizes your 100% autonomy in all aspects of the Coaching alliance, even when sharing from my own experience and knowledge.
