I teach, facilitate & coach people through major life issues. I specialize in helping people overcome issues with drugs and alcohol addictions; changing their mindset; learning to cope emotionally, clearly express & communicate emotions and increase emotional intelligence; violence alternatives and understanding anger; teaching practical techniques & tools to those that have been diagnosed and misdiagnosed with mental health; teaching ways & methods that build relationships between couples & family's that need to be reconciled, rebuilt and restored.
I have done motivational speaking across New Zealand to corporate groups, woman’s groups, churches and various organizations as well as national conferences. I have have taught at residential rehabilitation for AOD and mental health.
I am qualified & experienced across a range of areas of coaching.I have Certificates for Life Coaching, Mindful Emotional coaching + more; NZQA credits in lots of subjects incl. social sciences, health sciences & level 5 in management; I am a developer for Google play creating android apk’s of the LCNZ apps and Games; I teach the Drug Educators program by the global organization of Drug free world; I have life coaching clients through out New Zealand and overseas.
