About Me

Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m here to help women and teen girls reduce stress, set aligned goals, and step into lives that truly reflect who they are. With a deep respect for each person’s unique path, I take a holistic and personalized approach that combines evidence-based strategies with intuitive support.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology, and I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—providing life and coping skills coaching through local MHMR programs, as well as in private counseling practices. Through these experiences, I’ve learned the power of emotional resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of being compassionate with ourselves during life’s most challenging moments.

But it’s not just my formal training that shapes my coaching approach. I’ve also walked the path of personal growth and transformation. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to make lasting change, especially when it feels like the “one-size-fits-all” solutions don’t fit your unique life. This is why I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid approaches. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that growth is deeply personal, and my role is to help guide you through it, at your own pace, with respect and understanding.
