About Me

I'm Amanda, a Certified Life Coach with a BS in Psychology, a BA in Religious Studies and 34 years of truly unabashed life experience. I am the creator of ANTI-BASIC™, a spiritual coaching program developed to mentor my peers into being the best versions of themselves! I have the tools to help you become a Spiritual Warrior, someone who is self-aware and has the ability to navigate life's most difficult challenges because you will develop confidence that the universe has your back.

It seems like everyone these days is offering courses and workshops, So, what makes my program different than other coaches? Well, for starters, I myself am a millennial girl who loves drinking sparkling rose and going to music festivals just as much as the next basic b*tch. So, I'm not a normal life coach, I'm a COOL life coach. I'm not a witch, or a pastor, or a doctor and I'm not here to HEAL you. Let me make this clear, you already possess all of the magic that is YOU. It might just be hidden under a layer of uncertainty and I'm here to peel it back and expose all the amazingness that is YOU!

Fitting in is addictive, and when people approve of you or agree with you, that elicits a chemical response in your brain that makes you want to continue to please others- and sometimes that means ignoring your personal intuition to make others happy. THAT STOPS NOW.

I am here to remind you that there's more to life than skin care routines and who the next Bachelor will be! I want you inspire you to live a deeper life filled with purpose. Trust me, I love basic girl sh*t too but there's a fine line between binge-watching a new show and wasting your very existence.

I'm no Oprah, but maybe I can use what I've learned to inspire a new generation to stop taking selfies and start being ANTIBASIC™
