About Me
When I started my coaching practice, my vision was to help people achieve sustainable change in a matter of months rather than years, and that vision underpins everything I do; I am passionate about helping my clients solve challenges and I work with them to transform their professional lives and consequently, their personal lives as well.
Prior to founding my Coaching Company (ABC&C), I spent over 20 years working in Corporate America within industries, such as Consumer Goods (3M), Pharmaceutical (Merck & Co.), and Biotechnology (Roche-Genentech). With a solid background in business management (strategic planning, sales and marketing execution), I have an in depth understanding of leadership, communication and organizational development.
Drawing on my experience as a business manager, leading teams from 5 to 300 hundred people, -both direct and cross-functional-, has given me the knowledge and necessary tools to work with different cultures, languages, backgrounds and career paths, understanding the struggles of the everyday responsibilities and the challenges that individuals face in a fast moving, constantly changing professional environment.
The foundation of my relationships with clients is based on trust, integrity, accountability and partnership. My clients trust me to collaborate with them; together we overcome the challenges they are facing, facilitate their ability to access their highest thinking levels, in order to achieve powerful, transformational and sustainable change.
