After working with Allyson, I can truly say Ive grown both professionally and personally. Allyson is more than a coach, shes an ally, partner, and friend. After each session, I feel re-energized, focused, and prepared to tackle my goals. She consistently provides thoughtful homework assignments that force me out of my comfort zone and challenge me to think differently and more deeply about my life, decisions, and opportunities. Thanks to her wisdom and insight, Ive been able to successfully take the appropriate steps for greater work/life balance as well as make choices that benefit my career.
