My philosophy is: Change is hard; people need to sell themselves first.

I created Executive for Life after a sixteen-year career with two industry leading Fortune 500 organizations where I was a top performing executive in sales. I now work for myself helping others to be successful professionally and maximizing a sense of greater fulfillment.

My understanding of executives started early in life when I came to understand how a success mindset drives people towards greater levels of responsibility. During my childhood, I was surrounded by senior executives in different industries in many states due to the nature of my father's career working in senior leadership roles and needing to move often. When I worked in sales, I continued to be with executives where the focus was business results.

Through these experiences, I learned the importance of forming connections with colleagues and clients and understanding their individual stories. Connecting with individuals on a higher level and supporting successful people is my life calling.
