About Me
Allison Goldberg is a Houston-based certified life coach, corporate facilitator, speaker and published author with nearly 30 years’ experience helping employees and individuals achieve optimum performance while bringing more joy and balance into their lives. Allison currently provides one-on-one coaching and corporate programs both locally and nationwide.
Allison Goldberg has been in coaching and performance services since she graduated from the University of Texas. Completing her degree in just three years so she could start helping people, Allison began her career in corporate training and eventually shifted her focus to individual coaching where she felt she could make a more lasting impact.
Her approach to life coaching focuses on helping clients clarify their purpose and creating balance between the six aspects of a life well lived. She also provides input for problem solving and addresses behaviors that create barriers to success.
Allison has always been an overachiever in her own life, from her entrepreneurial skills to her personal life. Born into unusual circumstances, Allison’s biological father went missing six months before she was born. He was later found brutally murdered just two weeks before her birth. Struggling to connect to her grief-stricken mother and find meaning in her chaotic early life, Allison was driven by an urgent need to set and achieve goals. As she grew older she learned to balance that drive with personal success, a warm family life and days filled with joy and balance. Allison’s life is a dramatic example of how to turn tragedy into triumph.
A testament to her dedication to persevere and overcome any obstacle, she ran the Houston Marathon twice in 13 months, having never run competitively before. She is happily married and has two daughters. She is also deeply involved in her community and volunteers regularly and Bo’s Place counseling abused women as the work to create new lives. She is also active with the Make-A-Wish Fo
