About Me

For the past 20 years I have worked help people have a healthier and happier life, through therapy, coaching and mentoring. In coaching I help them design a strategy to improve their life and keep them accountable to their goals. They had the dream, I worked with them to see the dream come to reality and kept them focused so that they could have a life marked by success. I have maintained a successful business for over 20 years, coached and mentored young people and adults, been a keynote speaker and speaker at various events all while raising a family with my spouse of 30 years.
