About Me

I believe communication is the foundation of every meaningful relationship - with yourself, your partner, your family, or your team. When it breaks down, everything else wobbles. When it flows with clarity and compassion, connection thrives.
That conviction comes from lived experience. After decades in the corporate IT world, leading teams and managing big changes, I saw how often people struggled when they didn’t feel heard. Later, in my personal life, I experienced the painful impact of a relationship where communication had collapsed. Both experiences pushed me to look deeper.
This led me to train as a professional coach through Stellenbosch Business School and to qualify as a certified Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) practitioner, a science-based tool that uncovers different thinking styles. I now blend that framework with an empathetic coaching style to help individuals, couples, and teams see their blind spots and build stronger ways of relating.
My philosophy is simple: people aren’t broken. They already carry the ability to adapt, connect, and thrive; they just need the right mirror and a safe, supportive space. Together, we uncover patterns, ask better questions, and practise new approaches so communication becomes clearer and connection stronger.
Clients often say they leave with more confidence, healthier conversations, and renewed hope. For me, the most rewarding moment is seeing someone realise they’re not stuck - there is another way forward, and it’s already within their reach.
