About Me
My specialization is in guiding middle to senior management teams who are facing challenges in communication and performance, impacting the overall effectiveness of the team and subsequently the organization as a whole. This can cause misalignment between teams, bottlenecks in the information flow, lack of trust, and a culture of blaming to name a few.
I support these teams in overcoming obstacles that hinder effective communication, trust, and optimal performance. By applying the principles and strategies embedded in the "Whole-brain Management and Leadership" program, we work together to create a cohesive and proficient leadership unit. The program consists of interactive sessions, online support, and guidance with the implementation of the developed strategies.
I have a diverse background in IT development, project- and account management, sales, change management, training & facilitation, and coaching – executives, senior management, teams, and individuals.
During my career, I have been a successful Key Account Manager with experience in the management of large, enterprise accounts in various industries and geographical regions. I have 30+ years of experience in the South African IT industry, including Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, Training, Facilitation, Mentoring, Account Management, Sales, and Change management with a solid technical background ranging from Air traffic Control to Financial and Clinical Research Systems.
I embarked on my coaching journey in 2009 when I identified a gap between the technical and business teams during solution development. I found the reason for this misalignment in communication to be the way we think which is impacted by the part of the brain we prefer to use. Based on this neuroscience, it developed into the current "Whole-brain Management and Leadership" program.
