About Me
When I’m not coaching, I’m pretending to be a plant whisperer.
Because how cute are all those urban jungles you see on Instagram? One of the things I've learned about plant care (besides that watering is tricky business) is that the roots below the foliage need breathing room. They require oxygen under that layer of dirt so the roots don't suffocate and prevent the plant from growing. Like my beautiful plants, I want my clients to gain the space—the oxygen—that poises them for growth.
I focus on women in leadership because I believe there is too much untapped greatness out there to continue to remain unseen and unheard. Too many women appear awesome to others on the outside, but feel defeated and powerless on the inside. That shouldn’t be happening. We as females are our own greatest asset. We can increase innovation as well as the bottom line in companies. We have a keen ability to navigate through complexity. And, we can do it while building strong relationships in work and in our personal lives. It’s our time to shine as women, and I want to be a part of it by supporting people just like you.
Throughout my career, I’ve experienced various leadership and personality styles. I’ve learned that I’m my best when I have the proper support around me, through coworkers, coaches, and friends. Especially in those times I’ve had to lead all-male teams, I’ve realized: women need women. It’s our secret weapon.
In 2012, I became a Certified Evidence Based Coach through Fielding Graduate University, where I received an M.A. in Organizational Management and Development.
