I have rendered over 5,000 hours of coaching services, supporting the development of over a thousand individuals from all walks of life. I was a Lead Facilitator-Coach of 73 Teams in a 90-day public Leadership Development Coaching Program for 16 years, and have mentored over 300 volunteer coaches for this program. I served as the Team Leader for the first top-level executive coaching program of the government, funded by the PAHRODF/AusAid; was Assistant Head Coach of a BPO company's 8-Month OD/Breakthrough Results Coaching Program that yielded 967% ROI; and coached an entrepreneur whose sales tripled in 2 months and expanded to a new branch on the 5th month.

Alice is a very intuitive person, and this is very helpful in her coaching. As a life coach she can be very sensitive to your needs, at the same time she can shift your attitude to let you know when you require a nudge in the right direction. As a facilitator/instructor, she gives examples that really paint a picture in your head so that you can clearly learn the lesson she shares.
