About Me
Health and fitness is a big part of my own life and I love to share my knowledge with others! I believe a coach/client relationship is a collaborative process. I use a combination of intuition and scientific methods with my personal training clients. In addition to training, I offer life coaching services specializing in body confidence. In my own journey of recovering from an eating disorder I was blessed to be able to help others strengthen their relationships with their bodies.
