About Me
In 5.5 years, I went from a production supervisor to the director of supply chain and on the leadership team of a manufacturing company.
As a new director, I was overwhelmed and anxious.
My strength of learning and solving problems kicked in.
I found and implemented a leadership coaching process that lowered my stress level and took me from frantic to focused.
Then I implemented proven strategic processes to lead my teams.
The results were incredible.
I started sharing what I learned with others and it worked for them too.
What I realized was in the new leadership role, I needed skills to lead three critical areas: myself, my teams and the organizational objectives.
I believe everyone deserves to work for a great leader and every leader deserves the coaching and training to be great.
Since then, I left my director role and founded a leadership coaching business.
My mission is to train and coach leaders who can lead themselves, their teams, and objectives of the company.
I have coached and achieved results for leaders all over the world.
My unique experience and training includes a B.S. Industrial Engineering; Master, Business Administration; and a Certified Life Coach from the Life Coach School.
I have led teams and coached employees in a large corporation and in a small business where I was on the leadership team.
But my greatest experience came from coaching myself. As a leader, I was overwhelmed and anxious. The tools and process I used for myself, I now share with my clients helped me show up confidently and strategically.

Alicia was great at challenging me to reframe how I see things in a way that improved my outlook and skills. She got to the heart of the matter in a short time, gave me new tools and showed me how to apply them to my situation. I had an "a-ha" every time we met. Alicia fills a huge gap in my life. She holds me accountable for spending time on working to become the leader I want to be. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the craziness of my job, and often it's that constant response to the urgent that I rely upon to feel like I'm adding value. But in order to truly move my company, my team, and myself forward, I have to create a clear vision of where we are going. And then define the steps along the path to get there, and hold myself accountable for progress. Until I started coaching with Alicia, I would consistently prioritize over developing myself and my vision for where I want to take my team. I thought I was too busy and I'd find the time when "life slowed down".
