About Me

Welcome! My name is Ali and I received my degree in Sexuality Coaching/Consulting from the Sexual Health Alliance after receiving my bachelors degree in communications from Fairfield University. I decided to get a degree in sex coaching because I wanted to help individuals and couples create a healthier foundation for their relationships. I work in the present and try to address problems or concerns taking place now rather than childhood issues, which psychotherapy addresses. I wanted to create a judgment free space for people to talk outside of therapy. I will help you understand your relationship with yourself and with romantic partners and will help you set goals and thrive in all aspects of your relationships.
