About Me

Originally from Berlin, Germany, I have lived and worked in four different countries. I hold a master's degree (M.A.) in Educational Science and North-American Studies from the Free University of Berlin and a Graduate Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management from Strayer University in Washington, DC. I completed my Business Coach training at the accredited Institute Coaching-Individual Berlin. Over the past ten years, I have worked for non-profit organizations as well as for-profit companies in various fields and industries.

I specialize in systemic coaching which is a solution-focused approach. It helps to resolve problems through a structured process where the coach asks questions, provides feedback and positive support for the client. Systemic coaching reviews questions and problems always in relation to other individuals who are involved. This ensures a well-balanced assessment of each circumstance and a unique and customized coaching process.
