I support my clients by helping them create consistent spiritual practices in their life and become their favorite versions of themselves, through self-discovery, subconscious exploration, learning to trust their intuition, and taking aligned action.

Hi I’m Alex - your new spiritual bestie. I’ve been spiritual for as long as I can remember, but my life was out of alignment for many years. I worked in HR for a decade, knowing it wasn’t the right work for me. I felt a deep calling, but lacked clarity on what my purpose was. I knew for sure that when I became a parent, the corporate 9-5 life wouldn’t be sustainable anymore. For years I searched for my purpose, through astrology readings, human design, akashic records readings, yoga teacher training, my spiritual practices, etc.

Finally, after I had my son and the sense of urgency to change careers intensified, I decided it was time to take action. I hired a coach to help me find clarity, and not to be dramatic, but it changed my life. Having the consistent support of a coach, an extra person on my team, who had experience in what I was seeking, was a game changer. I quickly realized that my calling was to be a coach, to help others make breakthroughs and significant transformations in their life. Putting my spiritual gifts to use in the service of others.
