About Me

I received my BA in Psychology with minors in Interpersonal Communications and Sociology from Merrimack College in Massachusetts, where I also received my M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration. Recently, I have completed the both the Job and Career Transition Coach and Job and Career Development Coach Certifications.

I have a genuine passion for helping individuals accomplish their goals, whether these are life, relationship, career or educational goals. In 2014, I co-founded a career and mental health counseling business with an LICSW with over 30+ years of experience.
