The biggest challenge I faced was accepting the state of my company and trying to break into leadership. My morale had been very low for some time. I was feeling dejected, but after meeting with Alex I realized that there are things in life which cannot be changed. This helped me accept the limitations of my current situation while still creating a path for success. I'm coming up with new ideas to improve efficiency. I'm approaching management differently, and this has already shown positive results!
