About Me

In my professional career I have gone from green-as-grass in the business world and very naïve youth to a respected member of senior leadership in a global company in a fairly short number of years. To do this successfully, I have learned a lot about how one has to manage oneself in order to create your own future and take advantage of opportunities. The beauty is that all the work you put in to yourself reaps benefits not only for you, but for everyone in your life. My years of managing people, mentoring, leading multicultural teams on business transformation projects is how I learned to do this for myself. Now as a coach, certified through CLCI, I help clients transform their own lives. Putting in the work for yourself is always worth it.
My style of coaching is not only packed with productivity tips and healthy habit building, its much more about the whole person. Each of my clients is a whole person who deserves understanding and support energetically, emotionally, and mentally. I will listen to you and really try to understand your state of being as we go through our sessions and decide on changes you want to make in your life. Empathy is one of the greatest human emotions.

I believe that my clients CAN achieve their goals and that working with a coach should help them take the steps towards them with self-confidence, self-value, and the feeling that they are not alone. Whether that goal be eating healthier, starting a retirement savings fund, getting that next promotion, or just spending some quality "me" time each week, you can make it happen if you invest in yourself.
