About Me

My mission as a spiritual mentor and life coach is to support you in remembering the truth of who you are and reclaiming the infinite power you’re connected to. I’m here to inspire + guide you in coming home to the whole, worthy, wealthy, wild woman that you are.

I am not here to teach you anything you don't already know deep within you. My purpose and approach is to help you remember and reclaim the intuitive wisdom that is inherent in your DNA. My job is not to fix you or tell you what to do but rather supportively hold the nurturing and healing space for you to heal yourself.

Together, we will begin our journey by focusing on your relationship to your Self and take a holistic approach by weaving in the physical, emotional, mental and energetic aspects of you.

Our external is a reflection of our internal so if we desire to make changes to what we see around us, we have to shift the inner landscape first. We do this by coming into deeper communion with ourselves, which is the primary focus of the two mentorship opportunities that are offered.
