My Divine Soul Gift is my unique ability in holding a non-judgmental safe space, with love and empathy, for nurturing and teaching others to heal themselves and co-create with the universe.

After a major life-changing event, my spiritual healing and self-love journey began in 2012 when I first practiced Yoga and Meditation. With my curiosity ever growing and my self-awareness evolving, I learned about the power of Reiki to heal myself of emotional pains and my son of physical diseases. I then discovered the wonders of ThetaHealing shortly thereafter. In 2019, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course in Shri Kali Ashram, Koh Phangan, Thailand.

I am now a Reiki Master and Council Elder for Reiki Wellness Manila and I have been working as a Wellbeing Coach since 2020. I am also a licensed professional teacher, Senior High School Head Teacher and Director for Student Affairs. Having earned my degrees in Master of Arts in Education and Juris Doctor in Law, I have vast knowledge and experience in the academic field.

I have recently upgraded my trainings on personal development and spiritual wellbeing, with certifications in Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, Body Love, Face Yoga, Goddess Connection, Tantra, Chakra and Aura Healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, The Science of Happiness, Manifesting Abundance, Confidence for Women, Existential Wellbeing Counseling, Mental Wellbeing, Capacitar Multicultural Wellness Education (Training in Healing and Transformation), and Ho'oponopono (Ancient Hawaiian Art of Repentance, Forgiveness, Gratitude & Love).
