About Me

Hi! I'm Alejandro, a Health Coach and Diabetes Educator. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021, and since then I've learned that it's possible to live a full and unrestricted life with this condition.

I've learned to understand my body and how to live a healthier lifestyle, eating consciously, exercising regularly, and using tools to manage stress and emotions in challenging situations. All of this has helped me to better manage my diabetes.

In 2022, my 8-year-old daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and my dad with type 2. These experiences led me to see diabetes from different perspectives. In a short time, it became a family matter, and I discovered my passion for helping other people improve their lifestyles and have a good relationship with their health condition.

I'm here to help you better understand your diabetes and develop a personalized management plan. I've learned through my own experiences that diabetes can be a complex condition, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution.
