About Me

Hi! I’m Alba.

I don’t have a magic wand that solves all problems, though sometimes it would be nice!

I am a first generation Latina-American business owner in real estate for the past 9 years and I run a successful psychotherapy private practice that I started from scratch after being in corporate for years. I have been there, done that, felt that. It’s been hard work, but also the most rewarding. I am also the first to do it in my family. I hold a Master's degree from NYU.

I credit my own amazing coaches for inspiring me to take control of my life, build my own resilience and make this a worthy time spent on planet earth making an impact.
