About Me
I’ve worked with therapists, spiritual guru’s, and healers my whole life. Nothing ever really changed me, until I hired my first Life Coach. The freedom and happiness that coaching gives me is something so powerful that I knew I had to go all in and share this gift with as many people as possible. That is why I made the decision to go through my life coaching certification through The Institute of Coaching Mastery, a year long intensive coaching certification program, and create Give A Damn Coaching.
Give A Damn was created back in 2020 as a podcast, where i took all the growth and self help knowledge I had acquired through books, podcasts, conferences, and life experience and shared it with the world. I am a 200 hr RYT and work in homeless services in LA. Self care, growth, and service are pillars of my life, and so creating my coaching business was the most aligned and intuitive thing I ever did.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I love to support my clients by doing somatic work so they can tune in to their inner wisdom, heal on a deeper level, and learn to resource themselves. I even weave in some yoga, depending on my clients interests, to deepen our work.
When working with me, I support you in healing you on every level to break free from fear and move towards your goals and the freedom you’ve always desired. I believe in a holistic approach to your healing journey, which is why we work on all 5 levels together: Somatic, Emotional, Mental, Behavioral, Unconscious.
I work in 1 month-6 month packages. Every client is different and I create a custom package to support you and your goals. But finding a coaching is a personal journey, and so we will always start our relationship with a FREE 1 hour session, to make sure we are a good fit and you feel connected to me. Can't wait to hear from you :)
