About Me

Alana is a Certified Executive Coach with a bold spark that ignites the fires of perception, innovation, enthusiasm and action in people and organizations. Alana works with clients to heighten self-awareness and facilitate change without consulting or advising.

She has people savvy. It comes from a career dedicated to building a better community and a habit of looking for meaning in everything. She naturally feels and promotes the interconnectedness of people, materials, resources and channels of communication. She brings grace and wit to her coaching relationships, along with a fearless determination to facilitate her coachee’s gifts and unlimited potential.

Throughout her career, she’s led and collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams on national projects. For her, the cumulative effects of national work experiences are a deep respect for diversity and pride in Canada.

Alana’s business acumen was founded with a Bachelor of Public Relations Degree (BPR), Mount Saint Vincent University, and rich work and volunteer experiences including: advocacy, project management, government relations, customer relations management, fund development and professional regulation.

For more than 20 years, Alana has been leading and transforming organizations. She’s alway believed in the unlimited potential of people when they work together for a common goal. She’s never dissuaded by difficult situations or limited resources. A tough spot is simply an opportunity to come together and get creative to achieve results.

Alana attended Royal Roads University where she completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Coaching for LEADS course which is recognized for further certification by the Canadian College of Health Care Leaders. She’s currently enrolled in the International Coaches Federation Certification Program.
