You are in control of your own life, however, that alone can cause anxiety and pressure, and this is where I can support you in gaining more clarity. I will create a safe space for you to open up, vent and identify your limiting beliefs, in order to bring to the surface clarity in what is needed to achieve your goals. Create your own story. I am a mother of two and an active occupational therapist and a life coach. Therefore, I have had great experience in achieving my goals whilst focusing on my family. I believe in living in harmony, and a healthy work-life balance. The mind amazes me, I find great interest in how our minds controls the path we take.I trained with New skills academy and currently doing my accreditation with Sixstar. I hold a certificate awarded to me by the chief executive of my NHS trust for leadership and patient/staff support, passion and drive. I am enjoying my journey to deliver support and empower others to gain confidence in seeking their desired goals. I tend to put all my energy into my clients as I have a deep sense of empathy due to my own experiences. I am a true believer in the law of resonance. I believe that adopting a work life balance is essential to progress.
