My name is Ali Mann and I am a Certified Psychosexual Somatics (PST) relationships sex and intimacy coach, working one-on-one or in workshop settings.

I can support you to understanding more of yourself & connecting to feeling through bringing gentle awareness to whats there, in your mind and body. Move and act from your best, most authentic self, aligned in heart, body and mind.

I hold space for you to explore any relational or sexual issues you might be facing, increase connection with yourself, needs, boundaries and desires. Coaching can help you cultivating more self-love while bringing awareness to patterns or behaviours that may be blocking you. Coaching is client-led and I support you to work towards your goals, see what needs to be seen, build resilience and resources both externally and internally in the nervous system.
