Dr. Akilah Bradford has worked in the field of Human Resources for nearly 20 years. She is the CEO/Founder of The HR DOC Consulting, LLC.

Dr. Bradford obtained her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. Her research focused on organizational commitment and why employees leave their employers. She also received her MBA and Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.
