I get it! I've been there. I struggled with anxiety and with my career for YEARS. But fortunately, you can have balance in your life personally, and professionally. My coaching program is designed to help you identify negative thought patterns and belief systems that keep you stuck, the exact "How to" strategy for changing those belief patterns to get you on a path to living a life where you can thrive and access to the unlimited power you have within yourself to unlock the door to infinite knowledge that is waiting for you.
My clients leave feeling empowered, motivated and with an unrelenting purpose they've never experienced before. After working through my program, they've developed clarity, a deep understanding of how to attract what they want, living on purpose and accessing inner peace.
I have 17 years experience as a licensed clinical psychotherapist and life coach, a Bachelor in Social Work from NC Central University and a Masters in Direct Practice Social Work from SUNY Albany, in Albany NY. I have 2 published books for moms struggling with Postpartum depression, written several articles and guest appearance on podcasts.
