About Me

Ajay is a master of computer application by qualification, having 25 years of diversified industry experience, of which 12 years in the IT - software & he has been an entrepreneur, professional coach since 2013, working with global HR companies like Randstad to coach working professionals across industry sectors like IT, manufacturing, automobile, healthcare, telecom, etc, on their career transition into new job roles or new career path by enabling them to play to their professional & personal strengths.
Ajay's futuristic approach with real-time coaching has enabled his clients to see their life/career with a de-cluttered & clear mind (unprejudiced/non-assuming), quickly come to terms with their life’s reality, device successful strategies with action plan and implement them through one to one coaching engagement till their objectives are met.
Since 2014, Ajay has been -
• Working with a team of global facilitators to deliver continuous career transition services for clients across the industry sectors
• Coaching clients for their personal transformation; co-created successful career progression & transition plans with them & ensured they land new jobs in the same/different companies and/or create self employment opportunities.
• Ability to build & maintain coach-coachee relationship even after the coaching engagement is completed, until the clients are successful in their mission.
