As an Afro-Indigenous woman my relationship with mental illness has been extremely intimate and transformative. I understand how confusing, scary, and lonely a spiritual awakening can be. My own journey has shaped my gentle and intuitive approach to guiding others. Drawing from both ancestral wisdom and modern insights and studies, I'm here to offer you compassionate support.
