About Me

I have 32+ years experience in Consulting, Human Capital Development and Managing Operations. I am ICF Certified Coach and serving on the Board of ICF Oman Chapter. Coaching comes naturally to me and I have helped many of my Coachees to develop and grow to reach their full potential.

I am also a proficient Management Consultant with experience in Psychometric Assessments and Talent Management. I am certified on many international psychometric tools like Hogan, Thomas, Psytech, Podium and Kornferry. I have extensive experience in managing Assessment Centres using Personality and Ability Assessment, Situational Judgement Tests, 360 degree Surveys, Simulations and Interview.

I spent initial years of my career in Managing Operation and Training, subsequently moved to Consulting. I have a Bachelor Degree in Economics and two Masters Degrees, one in in Business Management and the second in Psychology. I am a certified Global Leader in Talent Management (GTML from TMI,USA).

I am a certified ISO Internal Auditor and have a certificate in International Marketing and Logistics. I am a DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest qualification of Toastmasters International).
