About Me
I support leaders and managers in the next step in their careers or lives.
So, if you are a manager stuck in your position for years, I help you understand your strengths and maximize your innate talents to do what you do best in the most efficient way possible. We also work together to identify your goals (and your teams, if any), reignite your passion and move towards your growth area and build upon that.
Or, if you are a successful manager, who is looking to move into a higher leadership role, I help you assess your current strengths and partner with you from 'point A' towards where you want to be 'point B'; while identifying the gaps to accelerate achieving 'point B'.
I use a simple coaching process with managers/leaders based on their mindful engagement with their stakeholders. I'll support, challenge, and assess the manager's progress to reach their 'Point B'

Last year, I have had the opportunity to get Mr. Ahmed Aref as a coach for three sessions with a gap of 2 weeks in between sessions. First and foremost, I wanted to discuss my potential journey as an internal trainer, not being limited to Bangladesh--my home country. Prior to the coaching session, everything was in my head and there was no scope to reflect on it seriously. Thanks to the nature of the coaching questions and probing, I got clarity and I may even say that I reached a breakthrough of some kind. One big obstacle that came up along the way was sustaining my break-even income in the initial year and again I am glad that during the sessions, we had powerful exchanges, and eventually, I could come out of my comfort zone and could find alternative solutions. I was a bit skeptical about the value of coaching sessions but having gone through the process, I now believe that I will reach out to Mr. Aref again for my work related challenges.

Ahmed has good listening skills. He can easily pinpoint the issue and suggest the appropriate tools to work on. He understands that a Coach's job isn't to give advice, so whenever he has to, it will be after the session. Great Experience overall.
