About Me

My name is Ahlam, I am the founder of THAT Coaching Solutions which is a coaching business dedicated to evoking synergetic leadership and team transformation of any size within any organization less than 6 months.

I work with visionary and forward moving team managers, leaders and business owners who want to synergistically transform their team’s leadership into an auto-pilot mode allowing themselves to focus more on futuristic expansion and innovative business growth while ensuring that their teams performance is at it’s best.

I am a merge of unique specialization . A telecommunication engineering with 13 years of experience in Corporate Banking in an international bank. A fellow and a graduate from diverse leadership programs from Syracuse University, United Nations and London Business School.

I am mostly proud of my pro-active and forward approach in leading teams and transforming their KPIs, evident in transforming a Corporate Services Team in a bank from ranking 30 out of 35 to be on the top 10. Of which it landed me the role to replicate the same for teams in Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Iraq.

And I am confident that I can do the same with for you and your team.

مرحبا ، اسمي أحلام ، أنا صاحبة مؤسسة ذات لحلول التدريب “كوشتنج” والإسشارات . وهي مؤسسة تكاملية تعنى بتعزيز القدرات القيادية والتحويرية للفرق والمؤسسات مهما كان حجمها واحداث الفارق خلال أقل من ٦ أشهر .

أعمل مع قادة فرق، مدراء وأصحاب الأعمال من ذوي الرؤية المستقبلية والمتقدمين الذين يرغبون في تحويل قيادة فريقهم بشكل متكامل من اسلوب عمل تفصيلي منهك إلى آلية شبه تلقائية مما يسمح لهم بالتركيز أكثر على التوسع المستقبلي ونمو الأعمال المبتكرة مع ضمان أداء فرقهم في أفضل حالاته .

أنا امتلك باقة من من التخصصات المميزة. خريجة هندسة إلكترونية واتصالات مع خبرة ١٤ سنة في مجال الخدمات المصرفية للشركات مع بنوك عالمية. متخرجة من برامج الزمالة و القيادة المتنوعة من جامعة سيراكيوز الأمريكية ،الأمم المتحدة فرع اليابان وكلية لندن للأعمال.
