About Me

Before transitioning into a career in mental health, I spent several years in sales with large international organisations. However, my life took a new direction following a personal tragedy—the suicide of my best friend, who was neurodiverse and faced bullying. This profound loss inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals and those struggling with mental health challenges.

For the past seven years, I have worked with the NHS, specialising in helping individuals with severe mental health issues and neurodiverse conditions to secure and maintain employment. My ideal clients are neurodiverse individuals, particularly those with ADHD, who feel stuck or overwhelmed in their career or life choices. They are often passionate and creative but may struggle with focus, direction, and turning their ideas into reality.

Whether they are contemplating entrepreneurship or are already on that journey, they seek guidance to overcome obstacles and navigate challenges. My clients are ready to invest in themselves and are looking for a coach who not only understands their unique challenges but can also help them leverage their strengths to achieve their goals and build a fulfilling career or business.
