About Me

Adriana is a practicing Life, Authenticity, and Intuitive Coach; Cultural Worker; and Facilitator collaborating with people and communities to center resilience, health, and healing arts as paths to transformational change and collective freedom.

What if exploring and realizing your fullest self is not a privilege but a need and your right? What if healing doesn’t mean healing what’s ‘broken’ in you, but rather bringing awareness to the spiritual wounds inflicted by individualism and capitalism—and practicing letting go? What if making space in your life for stillness, creativity, and curiosity, is a radical act of love to yourself and your community?

As your coach, Adriana holds a mirror to your inherent strengths, wisdom, and knowing and supports you in building systems to consistently—and sustainably—invite change into your life over and over again.

You can expect Adriana to bring their guidance from ancestors and Spirit; intuition; and lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, adult child of Mexican immigrant parents, thriving joyfully in recovery into each interaction. With a life-long commitment to social justice and the belief that every person is inherently worthy, their holistic approach weaves anti-oppression, decolonizing, and abolitionist frameworks and other spiritual practices.

Adriana holds a Bachelor of Arts, English Literature, and Composition from DePaul University; a Master of Science, Journalism from Northwestern University; and received coach training through the Institute for Coaching Excellence's Certified Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Certificate Program.
