About Me

We are going through a species moment as we transition into a post-pandemic world. I believe we have been given a golden opportunity to pause and reorient our lives towards deeper meaning and purpose. I help adults navigate journeys of self-discovery, healing and awakening. My coaching practice bridges Western Psychology and Eastern Spirituality. In addition to my professional training in Existential Psychotherapy, I draw from extensive personal practice in Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Qigong, Kundalini Yoga and Applied Shamanism. My work with clients often explore Finding Meaning, Life Transitions, Relationships and Intimacy, Mindfulness, Flow State, Authentic Self-Expression, Somatic Intelligence, Dreams and Shadow Work, Mature Masculinity, Conscious Femininity and Spiritual Awakening. I have experience working with CEOs, Tech Founders as well as Professional Athletes in the NBA and Olympians.
