About Me

I’m Adonica Hawkins, a mindset and manifestation life coach for boss babes who want a mindset makeover and want to manifest their most abundant, affluent life.

Using a holistic approach that incorporates mindset-shifting work, spiritual practice, positive psychology, self-love, shadow work, and the law of attraction, I will help you to level up your life.

I am an accredited coach, as well as a certified advanced crystal healer. I have a diploma in positive psychology and shadow mastery, and I love to mix a scientific approach with spiritual elements to create a totally unique experience.

My mantra is “life is beautiful” and I am here to help you believe in and live by this statement.
Looking at my current life, you would never believe the difference in my reality ten years ago. Battling with severe anxiety, depression, and self-harm, I was anything but positive. All of my energy went into hating myself, and I even attempted suicide at the age of 16.

I spent years of my life feeling like I wasn’t good enough to be here. I hated life, myself, and the world around me. I went on a journey of self-discovery and self-love. I studied positive psychology, began meditating every day, worked on healing past traumas, studied crystal healing, practiced yoga, and learned how to love myself. I completely changed my mindset, which was not easy, or an overnight task. I managed to completely change my life, my view of the world, and myself.
Now want to help others to change their mindset and welcome positivity into their life. There is no greater feeling in life than being able to achieve alignment and honor your highest self. It is absolutely doable.
