About Me

Adeyanju Olomola is an experienced Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Executive and trusted Economic Development Partner within local communities and tiers of government, with over 18 years of diversified experience in Retail Sales, Service Delivery, Reputation Management, Crisis Resolution, Public Affairs and Corporate and Internal Communications.

She has built a reputation for creating and capturing value for customers and the organization through optimized service delivery and process standardisation. She prioritises talent identification and development evidenced by associates who have taken the next leadership layer role.

She is an avid supporter and contributor to the education and well-being of less privileged Nigerian children and invests in their development working through and with various NGOs.

Adeyanju is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and holds an MBA from the Centre for Technology Policy in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She has attended business and leadership courses from IMD, Lausanne; Lagos Business School, as well as a myriad of technical and soft skills training from various Coca-Cola Hellenic Learning and Development centres. She is an Associate Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation and former Communications Director on the Board of International Coach Federation Nigeria Chapter.
