An open exploration of you and your desired state leading to your development of concrete steps towards fulfilling your life leadership journey.

To my clients I bring over twenty (20) years of successful self and people leadership experience. Co-creating development plans and coaching experienced and aspiring leaders to take ownership of their personal and professional journeys to success.

I hold a BSc in Management Sciences from Warwick Business School; a Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) designation and I am a Certified Professional Coach through an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program with the International Coach Academy. I am a certified Leadership Challenge© facilitator and Trainer.
