I coach teens and adults with ADD/ADHD or executive function disorder. Not all of my clients have been formally diagnosed or take medication. They all have innovator brains and we have a lot of fun coming up with creative systems that work for them. I help put internal and external structures in place so you can achieve your goals with confidence. My clients often need help with motivation, organization, procrastination, time management, planning and prioritizing, emotional regulation and finding balance.
