I am Certified Life Coach and Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience as a mental health healer. My expertise include depression, human sexuality, career changes, family and relationship dynamics.

My experience as well as my background in corporate America make me an asset to my clients because I can empathize with their daily struggles and help them identify solutions to obstacles they may never have thought possible. My goal is to touch the lives of those around me so that they are better versions of themselves after our time together.
